REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Due to the discounted prices of our offerings, we do not allow items to be returned. All sales are final, so be certain of your purchase before you buy. IF a business has closed, we will issue an in-store credit for the amount paid on certificates purchased one year before the business's closing.

ADDENDUM: If a business has issued a date that they will no longer accept BBay certificates, there will be NO in-store credit issued after that date.
